Shipping Methods
We offer two main shipping methods for orders within Australia: Standard Shipping and Express Shipping.
Standard Shipping
Our Standard Shipping option utilizes Australia Post for delivery. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location, with metropolitan areas usually receiving orders within 3-7 business days, and regional or remote areas within 7-10 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.
Express Shipping
For those in need of faster delivery, we offer Express Shipping through Australia Post. Orders placed before [cut-off time] will be processed and dispatched on the same day. Delivery times are typically 1-3 business days for metropolitan areas and may take longer for regional or remote areas. As with Standard Shipping, you will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.
Click and Collect
If you prefer to pick up your order in person, we offer a convenient Click and Collect option. Simply select this option at checkout, and you will receive an email notification once your order is ready for collection. Please bring a copy of your order confirmation and a valid photo ID when collecting your order. Our store address for Click and Collect is 3/17-19 Industrial Rd, Oak Flats NSW, and collection hours are Monday-Friday between 4pm-7pm and saturdays between 10am-2pm.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your order, as well as your location. We offer free standard shipping for orders over $150 within Australia.
International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can track the status of your order using the Australia Post website or the tracking link provided in your email.
Returns and Exchanges
We extend a 14-day return window for items returned due to a change of mind, provided they remain unworn, with tags attached, and in their original condition. Please note that sale items are not eligible for return unless they are deemed faulty.
